Born and raised in Kentucky, arguably the horse capital of the world, Shannon grew up on a horse ranch and continues to have a strong passion and love for horses and ranch life. She began her career in criminal justice and advanced to a governor appointee as Chair of the Kentucky Parole Board.Transitioning to real estate seven years ago was a seamless process for her as she has top notch negotiating skills and the ability to work with various types of individuals due to her previous career and training. She is licensed in multiple states and understands the real estate market on a national level as well.
Shannon’s expertise is in luxury real estate and due to being a college athlete herself, her clientele includes many professional athletes and coaches. Due to her work ethic and ability to work under pressure, she performs extremely efficiently for clients who are required to make abrupt moves. She goes above and beyond to provide outstanding expertise and customer service.
Family is a huge part of Shannon’s life. It consists of a daughter, Kendra, owner of Kalore and social media influencer, son in law, Julius, New York Knicks, NBA , son, Dilan, co-owner of Belisarian Holdings and former University of North Carolina football player, a daughter, Raegan, volleyball and basketball player and up and coming barrel racer, and two grandchildren, Kyden and Jayce. We are all grateful to live in the great state of Texas.
